Gingerbread Protein Smoothie
Ingredients:
Makes a 16oz Smoothie
- 1 serving, FITTEAM Lean Protein
- ½ cups, Rolled Oats, raw
- 1 Tbs Almond Butter
- 1 cup Almond Milk
- 1 cup Cashew Milk
- 1 oz Ginger
- 1 tsp All Spice
- ½ tsp Cinnamon
- 1 Medium Banana (preferably frozen, depending on the consistency you desire)
- 1 cup Ice
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend on medium speed for 30 secs or until smooth/to the desired consistency.
Sip & Enjoy!
