22 Nov Blueberry Pie Protein Energy Smoothie Recipe
Blueberry pie is somewhat of an unconventional dessert. One usually hears all the rage about apple, pumpkin, or pecan pies during this time of year. However, blueberries are a powerful little fruit that provides energy during the hustle of the holidays! This protein shake, in particular, will boost your brain power with tons of antioxidants and by using FIT & LEAN as the base, it will give you energy for all our holiday happenings. Ingredients:
- 1 Serving FITTEAM FIT
- 1 Serving FITTEAM LEAN
- 1 tbs Nut Butter of Choice
- 1/4 c Blueberries, frozen
- 1-2 tbsp Granola or Raw Oats
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 4-5 Ice Cubes
- Optional: Handful of greens such as spinach or kale, or 1 Serving Powdered Greens
Instructions:
- Combine all ingredients in a blender until smooth! Enjoy!
